My New Rock Boots, by Eleanor Fidler aged 9

Today I got some new boots
They’re cool, they’re hard, they’re nifty
I bought them from a biker goth
In a cottage down in Whitby

They’re big, they’re black
They go up to my knee
They are NEW ROCKS
They are a size 3

My dad’s got some too
We can wear them together
We shall look cool when we’re out
Whatever the weather

They have silver reactors
Six buckles on the side
When I go out
I will wear them with pride

We came here for the goth weekend
Dressed up in our suits
It’s been the best ever, cos
Today I got new boots!

for the twins will declare war,

hi glad she likes them so much and a big smile this end when we saw her, not sure if we will be in the cottage in Oct as it is our little ones birthday and a bike fest in Florida at daytona, will be back in same place i hope for April 2007.

love the boots, i also have a pair. mine have a silver shin guard bit and a metal effect heel with hole in to put laces through. Awesome boots but very heavy dont u think. You look amazing ellie, bless your cotton socks inside your stomping new rock boots lol xxx

You are the coolest kid! I am getting married in October this year and was doing a search for goth boots for my bridesmaids to wear(to aggravate my mother-in-law, of course) and saw you. I hope when my fiance and I have kids they will be as free spirited and original as you seem to be!

mmmmmmmmm dificult one chav scum on our site taking the sip out of our little ones, but wait, it takes a bit of time to find a thread like ellies, maybe CHERIE,PERSON,(shows imagination)and DUNDEE are really frustrated goths inside and not really the chav scumm no nothing numpty (got to remember people of breeding and manners read this so will be polite to the little oiks)low grade sub human scumm we misstook them for, if not, to bad we got a life and love it, oh and by the way, i,m the fella that sold the boots to ellie and she will not be wasting her money nor growing to big because unlike your pathetic pinapple addidas or whatever it is you label yourself up with these days my little one and ellie will grow about a year apart and unlike your nylon rubbish black and leather is for life so there is always someone to wear it and another Ellie or Raven coming through, so never wear out and never wasted, keep on rockin ellie and say hi to mum and dad for me

Ellie! You have THE BEST taste in boots! For 3 years, I’ve lived permanently in my New Rock boots - just like yours but size 8! I love them - aren’t they just SO comfy and my feet NEED comfort… I’m 44 AND A HALF lol and have been a Goth since before I even knew what a Goth was.

I’m Eleanor’s mum and if anyone thinks she is a wannabe they are VERY VERY wrong. CHERIE/PERSON and DUNDEE how grown up you are throwing insults at a little girl. Just makes me more proud of her and thankful that she isn’t a CHERIE/PERSON or DUNDEE. At least she has a personality and doesn’t feel the need to be a sheep like you guys. Eleanor lives and breathes goth, she doesn’t just dress up fot the odd weekend.

To Donna: You should be able to get a size 3 US from Angels and Vixens out of Denver. They have a website and have MANY different styles, and can special order for you, ask for Paul the owner, he(they) are in my opinion the best source for New Rocks in the States, have good prices and very fast shipping. I don’t work for them, but I have bought several pairs from them and had them special order some from New Rock of my own design. Oh, plus they give free stickers. *LOL*

i feel embarassed sometimes wearing my goth stuff in front of my friends and everyone but now seeing you i feel more confident thinking that a cute gilr like you is wearing soooo funky boots luvin them and great poem did you write it your self?? well done and thank you

martin here, are the twins ready for theirs yet and has ellie grown out of those LOL, won’t be there in october, warmer climes and the bike rally bekon yet again but james (pope pouret) will be along with carl, will be back in april again , missed you this year in april ,were you guys there ?
