WGW October 2007 Missing Ticket Procedure.

Due to recent postal disruptions the following emergency procedure has been put in place regarding event tickets missing in the post

If you have not received your tickets by the time you leave for the event:

The person who ordered the tickets should print out a copy of their shopping cart order and bring it to the Info Stall at the Spa along with

a) A utility bill or formal letter that shows the same name and address as the shopping cart order
and one of the following
a) passport
or
b) driving license with photocard
or
c) work or student photo i.d

We realise that it is stressful and worrying to travel to the event without tickets but if you can fulfill the above criteria please do not email or telephone us as in the days leading up to a ‘normal’ wgw we can field up to 200 emails and phone calls per day.

However if you should have any other queries or cannot fulfil the identification criteria, you can call us on 07970 704702

WGW Tickets – Last minute info!

There will be a few Spa tickets available for Sale from the WGW info desk on Friday. So if you haven’t bought your tickets yet you can still get them.

Also, for those that have not received their tickets and have bought them last minute via the online store if you could print out your e-mail receipt and we will match it up and exchange it for your wristband.

WGW October 2006 Compensation

We will be contacting everyone with a compensation reciept by letter. These letters will be sent out first class on Monday 27th 2006.

If you have a reciept and haven’t heard from us by Friday 2nd December please contact us on info@topmum.co.uk.

Thanks,

The WGW team

Polite Request

I would like to ask people not to use the commenting option on the front page of the website as it is not often checked, Instead could you please use either the forum or contact WGW HQ directly.
