If anyone has any info about the fraudulent tickets please email wgwhq@hotmail.co.uk with any info you may have.

We were aware that there were more wristbands in circulation than the maximum capacity of the Spa. we do not know how this happened but we believe we may have been victims of ticket forgery due to the advance sell out of the event & the popularity of the headlining band.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this caused. The event was not oversold and we are surprised about this as you are. the previous capacity problem in April almost bankrupted the event, so we would not deliberately do anything to jeopardise the of the event or the satisfaction of our customers.

Anyone that has received a non-entry receipt will be contacted as soon as possible.

After a little testing I’m in the midst of iring out the glitches with the store.

The caption on the stroe front ‘DO NOT USE THE STORE’ was accidentally left there, although currently I’m running a few tests to check thing are working properly and the glitches ironed out so it is correct.

So currently the store is offline until the tests have been run.
